What the generator does

You answer four short steps about your organisation, the services, the evaluation, and the contract and fee. Most choices have default options that you can keep. You get a neutral text to work on, as a draft of the procurement documents or as an internal summary. For a direct award there is a short mode with three steps that gives a short email.

The three types of text

• A draft of the procurement documents: a formal text with mandatory requirements and criteria, to be edited before publication.
• An internal summary: a shorter text written as “we”, to build support for the procurement within your organisation.
• A short request for a direct award: a short email of a few lines to the supplier, in three steps, without criteria or contract text.

You can change the type of text afterwards.

Before you use it

• The text is guidance and a draft, not legal advice.
• Nothing is saved on the website.
• You can copy or print the text. Email is optional. If you choose to have the draft sent to your email, you receive the draft, and Refero receives a copy of it and your email address.
