Price and contract compliance
Are you paying what the contract says? We compare the contract price with the invoiced price, item by item, and document each discrepancy with its source.
Illustrative example, not client data
What a small difference can look like
An imagined item, with one price in the contract and another on the invoice.
- Contract price
- SEK 1,000
- Invoiced price
- SEK 1,250
- Difference
- SEK 250
The same difference on 1,000 invoices comes to SEK 250,000.
How we check
- Step 1
We collect the records
Contracts, price lists and invoice data.
- Step 2
We compare item by item
Invoiced price against contract price, at item level.
- Step 3
We document with sources
Each discrepancy is reported with its source. Nothing is reported as a finding until it has been verified.
Common discrepancies in price and contract compliance
- The price on the invoice differs from the contract price for the same item
- Volume discounts that are not deducted every time
- New prices that start to apply on the invoice before or after the agreed date
- Errors when the price is adjusted by an index
When is it relevant?
Particularly relevant for framework agreements with many ordering units, long contract periods with index clauses, or when procured prices are not regularly reconciled against invoicing.
What data is analysed?
Contract documentation, price lists and invoice data, compared item by item at item and price level.
