How we handle personal data

Refero revision AB is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, organisation, email address and the message you write, in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is a balancing of interests: being able to answer an enquiry that you have initiated yourself. The data is deleted when the matter is closed and no longer needs to be kept.

The procurement text generator

The generator saves nothing. If you choose to receive the text by email, we process your email address and your choices in the generator. The text is sent to you, and a copy of the draft, your email address and your choices are sent to Refero. The purpose is to deliver the text to you and to let Refero know which draft you received. The checkbox next to the email field states explicitly that Refero receives the copy. The contact box is separate: if you also choose to be contacted, we process your email address, your name and your role if you provide them, your request for contact and a timeline, and your choices in the generator, so that Refero can contact you about the procurement. Both require your consent, which you give by ticking the respective box. You can withdraw your consent at any time via hej@refero.se. The emails are sent through the email service Resend, which is our data processor, to you and to Refero. The data is not stored in any database, but the emails remain in the email systems. Website analytics

We use cookie-free, aggregated website statistics to understand how the site is used. No individual tracking or cookie-based advertising takes place. The statistics are provided by Vercel Web Analytics.

Recipients of personal data

Messages from the contact form are sent through the email service Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which is our data processor for web hosting and for cookie-free visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). In the course of completed analysis assignments, documentation may be handled via Microsoft 365 and stored in Microsoft Azure, an environment managed on behalf of Refero by the IT partner Technix. Refero also sometimes uses the business information service Syna to obtain information about counterparties. None of these providers uses the data for its own purposes.

Booking a call

Booking opens in a booking service (Lunacal) that is loaded only when you choose to book. Information you enter there is handled by that service. Nothing is loaded from it before you click.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about, correction of, erasure of, or restriction of our processing of the personal data we process about you, and to object to the processing and to receive your data in a structured format (data portability). Contact us at hej@refero.se to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

Assignment data

In connection with completed analysis assignments, Refero may process personal data that appears in the client’s financial documentation (for example names on invoices). Such processing is governed primarily by the respective assignment agreement, not by this policy. As a rule, the documentation is kept after the assignment has ended. Clients who ask for the data to be deleted will have this carried out.
